Your time is important to us
Ebbe The Salon requires a Booking FEE for all services.
A courtesy call will be made a week before your appointment, offering you time to make any necessary adjustments. Kindly note that cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeit of the booking fee.
Please understand that messages received outside of our business hours cannot be considered due to time constraints in filling appointment slots.

Refund Policy

At Ebbe The Salon, we take pride in our expertise and the quality of our hairdressing services. We understand the importance of loving your new look, and we're committed to your satisfaction.
Fix-Up Policy: Should you feel that your hair service did not meet your expectations, we invite you to contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will be happy to make any necessary adjustments to ensure your hair is exactly as you envisioned it. Please note that this policy is for adjustments to the original service only and does not cover a change of style or colour from what was originally agreed upon during your consultation.

Change of Mind:
We strive to provide thorough consultations to ensure clear understanding and agreement on the desired outcome before we begin. However, if you have a change of mind after the service is completed, please understand that we cannot offer refunds or complimentary re-services.

Product Use:
For the longevity of your hair colour and style, we strongly recommend the use of our salon-approved products. These have been carefully selected to work in conjunction with our services and to help maintain the integrity of your hair. Ebbe The Salon is not liable for any issues that arise due to the use of non-recommended haircare products. Keeping your hair in its best condition requires the right care, and we are here to guide you on that path.
